Training at home? Be realistic about your setup. You don't need a heavy bag paired with a water bag paired with another different type of punching bag.
Limited space? Choose compact equipment like a reflex ball, slip bag, or double-end bag. Don't go for the huge 200lb heavy bag if you're trying to make your small basement work.
Got a garage or open area? Go for a heavy bag stand, speed bag platform, or a full setup. However a hanging bag will always be better than a standing one.
The best gear is the one you’ll actually use consistently.
